ProTeam Switch - Cord & Box Assembly

Part 101610 pairs the switch box and the power cord into one ProTeam backpack assembly, so replacing either one does not mean splicing a new lead into an old box or guessing whether the crimps inside still match, and it eliminates any mismatch between a used cord and a used box that were never originally paired together.

Cords take the worst abuse on a backpack machine: rolled over by carts, yanked from wall outlets by the lead instead of the plug, and flexed thousands of times at the strain relief until a conductor inside finally gives out. The telltale symptom is a vacuum that drops out the instant the cord is moved or the machine is repositioned, then runs again once the cord is nudged back, which is worth fixing outright rather than living with. A cracked box housing, or a switch that has lost its positive, confident click, calls for the same part, since box and cord tend to wear out on close to the same schedule on a machine this old.
