ProTeam Back Pack Cord Holder

An easy part to lose and an easy one to overlook, part 510738 clips the power cord against the harness on ProTeam backpack vacuums so it trails the operator rather than swinging free. Small as it is, this clip takes more physical abuse over a shift than nearly any other component on the machine.

Without it, loose cord drags behind the wearer where furniture legs catch it, foot traffic steps on it, and tension pulls directly on the point where it plugs into the housing. That entry point is exactly where cords tend to give out first, and on equipment strapped to a person's body a failing cord is a real safety concern rather than a cosmetic annoyance, since the risk profile differs from a canister unit resting on the floor.

This holder is specified across most of ProTeam's corded backpack lineup: CoachVac, MegaVac, TailVac, LineVacer, ProVac BP, AviationVac, ProVac FS 6, QuarterVac, QuietPro BP, Super CoachVac, its HEPA trim, Super QuarterVac, its own HEPA trim, Super HalfVac HEPA, and the Pro 6 and Pro 10 versions of the Super Coach.
