Part 33PS is the replacement microfibre floor pad for the Vapamore MR-100 steam mop. It wraps the mop head and does the real work: steam loosens what is stuck to a sealed floor, and the pad is what lifts it and holds it in the weave instead of pushing it around the room.
Pads have a working life. Once the fibres mat down and flatten, the pad glides over the floor rather than gripping it, and you get streaking and a film left behind on tile and sealed hardwood. Heavy staining and a stiff, packed feel are the signs it is finished.
Most people keep a spare or two on the shelf so a clean pad is ready part-way through a job rather than finishing the last few rooms with a loaded one.
