Flexible crevice tool for the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser and Auto-Mate cordless hand vacuums, part 1614208. The bendable neck is what separates it from the rigid tool: it will follow a curve into the gap behind a car seat or down the side of a sofa cushion, where a straight tool simply stops.

Because it bends, it also kinks. A tool that has been forced round too tight a radius develops a permanent crease, and airflow through that crease drops away sharply, so it pulls far less at the tip than the machine does with no tool fitted at all. Split seams do the same thing.

It fits the Auto-Mate 2284 and 2284W and the Pet Hair Eraser 2389, 2390, 2390A and 23903. Clear packed hair out of the tip after use, since it collects there faster than anywhere else on the machine.
