Part 1614201 replaces it in GrapeVine Purple, sized for Bissell's Pet Hair Eraser cordless hand unit and taken off and refitted every single time the machine is emptied.
Once a hairline crack forms in that clear plastic, the machine loses far more suction than the size of the crack would suggest, because air finds the easiest path available and pulls in through the split rather than through the nozzle where it should. The motor keeps running at full effort while the actual pickup at the tip weakens, and a rim that has warped slightly out of true creates the identical problem by letting the cup sit in place without ever sealing properly against the machine.
